The Idaho Adventure is a multi-media textbook program for 4th grade Idaho Studies. The program is based on Idaho's Content Standards for social studies and teaches civics, history, geography, and economics. The program includes research-based literacy strategies, engaging primary source activities and skill pages, exciting connections between Idaho's past and present, Key Ideas and Key Terms, and full color photographs on each page.
To accomplish this vision we create, develop, and publish Charlotte Mason-inspired history and literature homeschool curriculum and teacher's guides to help parents fulfill their desire to read the best books, foster a curiosity-driven learning environment, and develop deep relationships with their kids.
My fourth-grade students are excited and engaged in the hands-on dynamic lessons that bring the history of each U.S. region alive! Former students remember the creative opportunities to act out important historical events and gain perspective beyond reading a book or watching a video allows.
My State History Funbook is a color-cut-and-paste activity book which provides an introduction to your state through fun activities on an elementary or pre-school grade level. Your student will construct his own colorful scrap-book about his state, using pictures and cutouts that we provide along with pictures from free tourist literature.You will need one copy per student. Teacher lesson schedule and instructions are included in the Activity Pages.
